Towing and roadside assistance in the Netherlands, day and night
Broken down, flat battery, flat tyre or a car that will not start? We come to you, with or without a membership. You hear the price before we set off.
We speak English. Rated 5,0 out of 5 from 269 Google reviews.

What we do
- Towing: your car goes onto our flatbed with all four wheels off the ground, to your garage, home or any address you choose.
- Roadside assistance: jump start for a flat battery, fitting your spare wheel, or freeing a car stuck in mud or sand.
- Recovery after an accident: we take your car to a garage, body shop or a safe place.
- Automatic, electric and hybrid cars, motorcycles and classics: all transported on the flatbed.
- Planned car transport within the Netherlands and to or from Germany and Belgium: see car transport Netherlands.
No membership, no surprises
Many expats and visitors have no Dutch roadside assistance subscription. With us you do not need one. You pay once, for this job only, and you agree to the price before we come. Check your car insurance or lease contract first: assistance is sometimes already included.
Where we work
Our base is Zoetermeer, between The Hague and Rotterdam. We are most often in The Hague, Rotterdam, Delft, Leiden and the towns in between, and we drive anywhere in the Netherlands. For Amsterdam and Utrecht we always tell you honestly how long it will take.
Breakdown on a Dutch motorway
- If you can, drive on to an emergency lay-by, car park or petrol station.
- Otherwise: hazard lights on, park on the hard shoulder as close to the crash barrier as possible.
- Everyone out on the right-hand side, behind the barrier.
- Call 112 if you are on an open rush-hour lane or in acute danger; otherwise Rijkswaterstaat on 0800-8002 for unsafe situations.
- Call us from the safe spot. Give the road number (for example A12), the number on the nearest hectometre post and the side of the road. Or share your live location on WhatsApp.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a membership or roadside assistance subscription?
No. We help anyone, with or without a subscription. You only pay for the help you get, and we tell you the price before we set off.
Do you speak English?
Yes. You can call or WhatsApp us in English.
How fast can you be there?
In and around Zoetermeer we are often there within half an hour. Further away, we tell you the expected arrival time on the phone. We never promise a time we cannot keep.
Can you tow an automatic or electric car?
Yes. Your car goes onto our flatbed with all wheels off the ground, so the gearbox or electric motor is not at risk.
I broke down on the motorway. What should I do first?
Turn on your hazard lights, get everyone out on the right-hand side and stand behind the crash barrier. On an open rush-hour lane or in acute danger, call 112. Then call us from a safe place and give us the road number and the number on the nearest hectometre post.
